Founder & Master Electrician

Phil Winegar is the president and owner of Grady Electrical Systems LLC. Phil is a licensed master electrician and licensed electrical contractor licensed through the Colorado State Licensing Board. Phil first achieved the master electrician certification in 1994 in the Kansas City, Kansas, and Kansas City, Missouri, metro area. Phil has managed projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings and in both union and non-union settings. Phil has managed projects in excess of $1M. Phil has also testified as an expert witness in a jury trial, providing testimony related to his investigation and identification of electrical system failures that caused serious bodily injury to a tradesman. Phil also provided consulting services to a Denver-based construction expert firm, in which Phil identified areas of potential liability of electrical and fire alarm contractors who performed work on an approximately $120M federal construction project.
